WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Thank you so much for ordering from Boxwood Home Interiors, we hope you love our products.
However, If you are not 100% satisfied and decide that you would like to return your item(s) please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Damaged or Faulty goods must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receiving your goods. Failure to notify us within 24 hours will result in us being unable to proceed with a refund or exchange on damaged/faulty goods.

Please contact us on info@boxwoodhomeinteriors.co.uk with proof of purchase (your full name, address and order number) and a description of the damage/fault and please include a photo to help us resolve your issue promptly.

Items must be returned clearly identifying your order details inside the package to Boxwood Home Interiors to the address provided.

To be eligible for a return, you must look after your item(s), as they must be returned at your cost, undamaged and in all of their original packaging including the box that they were shipped in together with any packaging materials to keep them safe in transit. Items cannot be used before they are returned and they should be packaged securely and returned within 14 days of receipt of your order.

We highly recommend using a tracked form of delivery service and that you cover the value of the goods as we will not be held responsible for items which do not arrive with us that are lost in transit, or which arrive back with us having been damaged in transit. Please keep hold of your proof of postage until you have been informed that the goods have arrived with us.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping costs for unwanted goods.

Should the item arrive damaged/faulty we will endeavour (stock permitting) to send out a replacement to you as soon as possible. We may still require the faulty item to be returned to us and will arrange for the collection accordingly together with you. Please do not dispose of damaged/faulty items or their packaging unless advised to do so by us.

Once an item is received back with us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received the item. We will process your refund should the goods meet our returns criteria, minus any original postage costs (as these are non-refundable) and process your exchange or alternative product as requested. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to show in your account.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY CHARGES
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation. This may drop into your 'junk' mail folder so please check this if you have not received anything in your inbox. We will aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days from the date of your order, unless it states clearly on the product description page that a longer lead time may be applicable. These pre-order dates are not guaranteed as we rely on suppliers giving us anticipated delivery dates which can move. We will work hard with our suppliers however to limit any delay to your orders and will ship these as soon as they arrive with us.

UK DELIVERY
Standard UK delivery is £5.95 and is sent using either DPD, EVRi or Royal Mail/Parcelforce. Please allow 2-3 working days for standard delivery from dispatch. Please allow 1-2 working days for express delivery from dispatch if ordered before midday on the day of dispatch

Delivery is FREE to UK Mainland on all orders over £75

We do not currently offer delivery outside of the UK other than the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Mann as standard. Please do contact us on email at info@boxwoodhomeinteriors.co.uk if you would like a quote to ship to your home country and we will gladly assist with a quote for shipping for you.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (IRELAND)
With the UK having now left the European Union, our shipping details for international delivery is as follows:
Orders from an EU country are experiencing some delays when processing due to the Brexit transition. We are working hard with our courier partners on this as a matter of urgency and hope to have this issue resolved soon.
Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email confirming your tracking details from us.
Customs & duty
From 1st January 2021, orders from EU countries will be subject to import duty.

Please note: You may be contacted by our courier partners, DPD, Parcelforce or Royal Mail and asked to pay duty charges for your order to be delivered. If a duty payment is requested, you will need to pay the charge to release your parcel.
We will not be liable for any customs, duty and VAT Charges applied once the goods reach your destination country outside of the UK as all our international orders are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). If you refuse delivery and the goods do not get returned to us you will forfeit your refund.
Returning your item
From 1st January 2021, returns from EU countries will be subject to UK VAT (20%) for goods valued at £22 or more and EU customers will now be required to complete customs declarations to import the goods into the UK. Please be aware that Import duty may also be payable on goods over £135. EU customers will continue to be responsible for paying carrier return costs as per the existing return policy.
We offer a free collection service, please select Boxwood Collection at checkout and advise us on email of an hour timeframe on a date that you wish to collect your order and we will advise if this is possible. Please note we are not always present at our warehouse so we must agree a collection date and time with you before collection of your order can be finalised. We will not be held responsible for wasted trips to our warehouse to collect orders when it has not been agreed that your order is ready prior to your visit.

Please ensure you enter your address and postcode correctly as we cannot be held responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. Please also include a telephone number as this may help the courier when delivering.

DELIVERY DELAYS
We appreciate your patience if you experience any delay in your delivery. We work hard as possible to get your order to you as quickly but also as safely as possible. Please note that delivery times are all subject to potential delays and that none of our delivery timeframes offer a guaranteed delivery date. During busy periods and public holidays, deliveries may be delayed. Please allow for a longer delivery timeframe.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Clearpay
PROMOTIONAL CODES
From time to time we may offer promotional codes to be used at checkout. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with each other or against Gift Cards. Sale items are exempt from any promotional code. Only one discount code can be used at checkout, codes cannot be combined. We reserve the right to cancel codes without prior notice
